We are sad to announce that our Fourth Annual Golf Outing has been postponed until next spring.

The Otsego-Antrim Habitat has
been building homes since 1993.
We have helped 27 families purchase their first home! 

Our Housing Selection Committee is composed of individuals from our community that are familiar with Habitat, and who are well acquainted with our process. We use three selection criteria to remain objective during the selection process:

  1. The need for adequate shelter.

  2. The ability to pay for a mortgage, insurance, and taxes.

  3. The willingness to partner with Habitat (sweat-equity).
